Service Description

Evidence-based and comprehensive psychological and addiction assessments for adults. I do not provide neuropsychological, developmental or intellectual assessments. Assessment time and costs will vary depending on what is involved in completing the assessment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hours in advance. Cancelations under 24 hours and missed appointments will incur a $100.00 fee. I understand there are unavoidable circumstances, just let me know.
